We are not merely a “website company” but a specialist shop with proper commercial premises providing a full service, as can be seen from photographs displayed; a thriving Centre where you are welcome to come and browse at any time during our opening hours. Tuition was first established in 1967 and we have been offering sales since 1988. If advice is required it is available and we will always try to oblige and be as helpful as possible. The Centre is now very well supported, both at home and internationally by professional and amateur alike.
POLICY
We always endeavour to give our customers complete satisfaction, as our on site testimonials and continuous messages of thanks from our many happy customers confirm.
We try to deal with any queries in a simple and straight forward way. To this end we show prices of all instruments, both new and second hand, on our website and in printed lists which are available by mail or at the Centre. These lists clearly display the prices fully inclusive of VAT for UK customers.
We list principally instruments that are here, in stock, and available for sale. We do not list significant proportions of stocks of instruments that are already sold, expected at later delivery dates or are available if ordered.
If we are asked to give appraisals of second hand instruments we have for sale we report honestly detailing as fully as possible the condition of the instrument.
We offer a 48-hour ON APPROVAL SERVICE for UK customers. The instrument is paid for at the time of order and if the customer is not happy with the instrument, for any reason, we will arrange its collection and refund of the costs, less £80 fee to cover costs of delivery and collection.
PART EXCHANGES
We welcome part exchanges – you may well be pleasantly surprised at the value that we can offer for your old instrument.
PAYMENT
We accept all major Credit and Debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Amex and JCB.
